I would have preferred to buy the pack of ten for the same price as two packs of four., but the option for ten was not active. Disappointing. Shipping cost is excessive.

Just what my roaster needed

Receive the rubber stoppers very quickly. They sent several others and they are now in a safe place and cannot be lost.

over priced

For what they are, Little pieces of rubber, they are over priced. What's worse is the shipping charge is more than the product cost.

Fourteen years is how long the first one lasted! Decent quality I'd say! Yes, some of it's remnants ended up in my coffee filter once! You'll live through it!

I would note a couple of things. Make sure you clean the slot that the new one will go in. Don't go crazy with it, but use something a bit abrasive to clean the edges. Keep any electric tools in check, and use your hands and a slight bit of pressure. Once you've cleaned things up a bit, soak/rinse your new silicone bumper in some soapy water and intelligently manipulate it into place. Once it's in there, it should rotate without much effort. If done properly you should be able to sit back and enjoy another decade or so.

My one complaint about Gene Cafe? If I need a thermostat sensor, I now have to buy a whole new motherboard, too!
