CBR-101 SWING ARM BLADE CUSHION

The seemingly unimportant swing arm blade cushion may look almost useless, but it isn't. When cleaning and scouring the roast chamber my cushion split in half. It only took one roasting of beans to show the importance and value of this cushion. I ordered 4 replacement cushions for my next cleaning catastrophe. Good purchase, great value!

These little bumpers are sure to fit the GC. This is a place that only the real deal will do. My first one is still going strong after many roastings, and I didn't have a back up. I thought, wait, if this little bumper pops in half while roasting, I may end up with a bad roast, so I ordered up. Now, no worries. They seem pricy, but may be a special material, like non toxic. All I know is they do the job nicely.

Needed new rubber stopper after last one failed. Gene Cafe was quick to send replacements. Well donee!

Found they came off when grinding some whole beans. I've had to repair my Gene Cafes before, so I went directly to the website. Found the item and ordered it. Received them before I had to roast again. Everything went smooth and I was back in business. Make sure you don't try to use the roaster without them. Could break the reactor.

I will just complain about the shipping fee for something that fits in an envelope.

The item worked as described and was easy to install.
