When will I receive my order?

Why does my machine not heat above 400 F?

Possible cause for this is that the machine has paused, and is waiting for user input.  Please review the Safety Alarm feature of the CBR-101 (standard on all machines manufactured after August 2019).

My machine will not heat up when started.

One possible cause is the heating element is burnt out and needs to be replaced.  Please see the following resource on how to replace the CBR-101 heating element.

The Roast Chamber is jammed.

There may be a problem with the Inlet Damper
