CBR-101 GEARED MOTOR ASSEMBLY

Who knew how poorly our motor was operating? The new unit is an exact fit, the drum rotation is smooth and the operating sound is much quieter. Thank you for stocking the parts that keep our decades old roaster giving us fabulous coffee.

The instant I started with the new motor the sound, er…lack of sound was fantastic. The original motor ran several thousand cycles before needing replacement. This one makes the roaster seem new again!!

Old motor was dying and this replacement works great! Easy swap out.

8 years of roasting, a strange repetitive clunking noise began. No, it was not the bean chamber or the gate flapping or missing rubber bumpers. We suspected the motor, so I ordered that, and replaced it quite easily. Thanks so much for the how-to guide and videos. Very Satisfied!

But .... aha, I discovered a crack in the motor gear's plastic teeth. Argh. Clunk source identified. And the motor gear is out of stock. I used some super adhesive glue from my friend the furniture maker, reinstalled, and so far it is working ok. But I cannot wait to order 2 of those little gears! Hoping the cargo arrives soon for me!

I received the motor in three day. We were able to replace the old motor and now we are roasting again. Very satisfied!
