CBR-101 ROAST CHAMBER

After 14 years and more than a thousand pounds of roasting, the little part that secures the chamber in the roaster lost its retainer and would fall out when I opened the lid. Still worked fine but sometimes I would forget to put it back in. So I got a new chamber which will probably last until the end of time. Gene Cafe makes the most reliable appliance I’ve ever owned.

With an older machine, replacing right damper assembly requires a new roasting chamber which has a slightly different design on the base. Sales person was on top of this issue and explained what was needed and why. With new right damper assembly roasting chamber fits right in.

Excellent customer service help. I did not know if my older Gene Roaster needed an extra part for the new canister to fit. With their help I order just the canister and it fits great.
Then I put the wrong P O Box # for my shipment address. Again customer service was quick to correct and responding back to me :-)

It is just siting on the bench I use for roasting. It is just sitting. Looks nice. In case something happens with the original, this one will spring into use.

We were able to purchase a nearly-new Gene Café roaster which was missing its roasting drum - this one works perfectly, and we love the coffee we roast in it.
