I ordered the part online and picked it up at the store as I'm local to the area. They were awesome in every way possible. Picked up some green coffee beans while I was there and they even gave me a sample of some beans I didn't get. How can it get any better?

Fit perfectly in my 18 year old machine.

Same hinge point on New Separator Broke just like prior Separator after only nine months!

Pls review the Separator material and design. The very thin metal between the hinge loop hole and the edge of the Separator panel, allowing the metal hinge loop to connect to the Separator panel to allow the swinging door to pivot, wears through and breaks off, dropping the swinging door to only one connection point. This may lead to shattering the glass chamber, and must be replaced (again!). New Separator only lasted for nine months of maybe two to three roasts a week before failing the same way the previous Separator failed. Prior replacement order (#8481) was shipped via USPS First Class Mail on 2/27/2024. Failed 12/23/2024.
