CBR-101 CONTROL PCB

My Gene Café is 18 years old and still does a nice job roasting my coffee beans. Over the last few years, a number of sections of my LED temperature display had failed so I purchased and installed a replacement. It was very easy to complete the job by following the how-to videos I found online. I wish more small appliance companies had part replacement support like Gene Café does.

This was the exact part at a fair price, it was sent promptly, it was simple to install following the old YouTube video posted by GeneCafe, and it works great. I'm completely satisfied.

Was pleased that the circuit board with working LED’s was available and at a reasonable price. Installation was a bit tricky with itty-bitty screws on the case and on the circuit board which seemed to be “baked on”.Good to have this reasonable customer service. Now I can get back to roasting without guessing the temperature.

Purchased this based upon a recommendation from Gene Cafe to fix my problem, but it didn't fix the problem. Tried to get follow-up help from Gene Cafe, but to no avail. So, my roaster still isn't working properly.

Numbers began to fail. Fast service, reasonable price & good instructional video - replacing the board was easy & painless. This is the 1st issue I’ve had with my 8 yr old roaster after at least 700 batches - a great product!
