Alternative cleaner

Over the years I've found that the best way to remove the baked on deposits from the roasting chamber is rifle bore cleaner. This solvent does a wonderful job of removing burnt on carbon from the glass. Just put a small amount in a cup and apply it to the affected area with a long handled brush. Rinse with hot soapy water.

Amazing Product

I rant though my Moccamaster, and i was shocked. It looked like I had very dark tee or light coffee in the carafe after it ran through. Coffee was much better the next day. I would highly recommend this product. Much better than any vinegar based solution.

Don't be fooled like me

Purchased on Gene Cafe recommendation
I ordered Roaster Cleaner but Gene Cafe sent coffee pot cleaner with not any suggestions on how to use it. I needed to use all three packets to make enough diluted cleaner to partially submerge my roaster's parts. I needed to soak the roaster's chamber for about 45 minutes turn it and continue soaking. I really needed 3 boxes (8 or 9 packets) to make enough. I would rate to job this did at poor to ok at best for removing the oils and stains though it did make the clean areas shine. I would not recommend this to clean roaster parts. Needless to say I would never buy it again. Don't be scammed!!!

Sorry we fooled you. We ship and sell the exact item pictured, Urnex glass coffee pot cleaner. It is the best product we've found that cleans the glass of the chamber. If you neglect your chamber for a really long time, it may take several cleanings and some elbow grease to fully clean your chamber.
