I was in a hurry and neglected to put the drum all the way down so when i started to roast and the drum turned got caught on the shroud and stopped the drum from turning. Fear went through my mind as i was trying determine what had broken. I figured it was one of many places where the gears were pulling together. After opening up the works to my relief is was the drive gear on the motor. This gave me an opportunity to order a new power cord which checked and a new drum. Unfortunately, i did not replace the protector on the left side properly and stick out just enough to let the drum catch it. All works fine now without it now but I intend to replace it.
