Ordered but the shipping was extremely slow. Customer service was responsive and ready to help in case of lost shipment.
Order was not lost, transit time was slightly slower than expected with USPS. Customer chose the least expensive slowest shipping method possible. We responded within 24 hours to his email, and offered to send a replacement free of charge of the tracking did not update within 3 days. We tried, but you can't please everyone.

I had been looking at various websites to find out why my machine was not heating up enough. Finally got in touch with Gene Cafe US and after a couple of email exchanges with Steve he isolated the problem. I replaced the fan and my unit is working like new. Thank you Steve.
I replaced my blow fan because I was not generating consistent heat under load. When I replaced the fan, it was evident that the inner surface of the intake screen (which you don't have access to without removing the fan) was dirty. I cleaned the screen thoroughly, popped in the new blow fan and, of course, it works perfectly.
I bring this up because I use compressed air on the OUTSIDE of that screen every 4 batches. The dirt still built up on the inside over time. Maybe in a new model there could be an offset intake so that one could have access to the inside of the screen without disassembling the unit...
All my problems were solved by the replacement of the blow fan. Very professional, and great service from the staff of Gene Cafe USA! Now I know where to go when I have a problem. Thanks to All at Gene Cafe USA.
