I once had a $200 NESCO roaster that got a little hot. It turned in to a pile of junk. No parts available and no way to get fixed. Recently, I thought I had switched my Gene Cafe into cooling mode but was mistaken. I walked away for a while and came back to find my side covers melted down. I thought my fan might have gone out. I emailed GC-USA and the next morning a technician called me. He walked me through testing to make sure my fan was OK, told me how to replace side covers, and even gave me some roasting advice. The total parts were $22 and roaster is good as new. Great product and great company.
