Roasted 6.5 ounces of green coffee on the Gene Cafe CBR-101. We set the temperature to 450 deg with an end time of 10 min. The beans are quite small, and the roast resulted in heavy chaff. Be sure the chaff collector is empty before this roast. Very pleasing cup - notes of juicy, red fruit with a lovely plum roundness and hints of malty black tea with a sweet and clean finish.
