Easy replacement; Note difference between old & new units

Easy install for my old cracked one. One thing to note -- this new style is not compatible with the old heat shield without some modification; If you're replace an old top cabinet you should also purchase the new heat shield to go with it.

That said, I was able to clip the tabs off of the old heat shield and then screw it down and it works just fine; just not a perfect fit.
