In 2000, brothers George and Walter Calix began planting coffee for the first time in a remote area, Las Breas Cabañas. Little by little, they began growing their farm to what it is today. When George tragically passed away in 2011, the land was distributed to his children, including his daughter, Vilma, who along with her other family members continue to grow their coffee together using the same management and production techniques.

Wonderful as a pour over, drip coffee, or a refreshing iced coffee.
