Taste Notes: peach, cherry and hibiscus with an enticing lime acidity
Took to 30 sec past 1st crack in my Gene Cafe. Took 15 min. I really like Burundi varieties and have been hard to get at times due to political issues. I occasionally roast 200 gr of Burundi and 200 gr of Guat, mix and let develop in a quart jar for 4 days. Makes and interesting blend.
